Best View Hotel

The view is the only thing here that comes close to being the best. Staff were rude, there were bugs in the rooms, and the food was repetitive. I even saw cockroaches in the chocolate flakes, as shown in the photo. Sitting on the toilet seat was enough to give you glute cramps. I wouldn’t return. Even one star feels too generous.

Breakfast was a nightmare: cereal with moths, crisps and spoiled milk. The shower in our room was broken, and despite asking several times, they didn’t fix it until after four days. The staff were terrible and pretentious, and impossible to deal with. The owner ran around like mad, chasing guests out of communal areas. I don’t recommend staying here; look somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

I was traveling alone and felt treated like family. The staff and facilities were excellent, and I was very happy with the service. They didn’t understand English very well, but they were always ready to help. Isabel was especially helpful all the time, and Narine was amazing too. I felt safe and comfortable, and would recommend this as a nice place for solo travelers in Yerevan. Thanks for the warm service!

I wasn’t a guest at this hotel, but I changed my mind about staying after reading the owners’ replies to reviews. People can have different opinions, but I’ve never seen owners show guests this little respect. The way they write about people who leave their opinions is unacceptable. If they think a review is slander, they can take it to court, but their responses have put me off coming here. Guests are all different, and running a hotel means knowing how to treat people who have left their opinions. This shows a very low level of culture and hospitality.
