We’ll definitely come again in winter. It’s a fantastic location for a family visit, with a friendly, clean environment and great service. The room service, helpful staff, and restaurant were all excellent. Thanks for being one of the few best places.

Surrounded by nature in Vanadzor, Van Resort has such a calm, beautiful setting. The food was delicious and there was a good range to choose from. Everything was spotless, and the service was outstanding. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The hall wasn’t warm enough, and the service was very bad. The dishes had no taste, and the price didn’t match the quality. What we expected and what we actually experienced were completely different. I wouldn’t recommend holding an event at the "Van" restaurant complex. The employees there should learn the rules of ethics and aesthetics.

We spent the weekend there with our family, and the cottage was lovely, clean, and cozy, with a fireplace. Van Resort is in a wonderful location, and the restaurant is close by. We really enjoyed the food, and the service was excellent. Thanks to all the staff, especially the complex’s director, Gevorg.
