The courtyard at Hotel Andor was beautiful, and the room was well maintained. Food was enjoyable and service stayed good throughout my visit. There was no elevator, though, so moving luggage up and down the stairs was a bit difficult. Aside from that, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay.

I had serious problems at Andor, and several guests of different nationalities also experienced issues. The receptionist, who said she was the manager, repeatedly acted in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. The most concerning issue was that private guest information was shared with third parties without consent. There was a short delay with a payment, and I was actively trying to sort it out in good faith. I arranged for a colleague to send the money directly under the receptionist's name. Days later she said it hadn't arrived and asked to meet at a police station. I agreed, then paid again on time to avoid more trouble. It turned out the first payment had already gone through, so I paid twice for the same thing. Even after that, her behavior remained rude and irresponsible. I'd left my suitcase at the property voluntarily. When I came back a few days later to pick it up, I was told I couldn't have my belongings and was accused of planning to leave the country without paying, even though all payments had been made. During that exchange, a night-shift receptionist threatened to physically harm me. That was completely unacceptable. I have documented evidence for these events. Other guests had serious problems too, though of a different kind. Tatev (Barista) was kind, respectful, and genuinely professional. Vahagn (Night Shift) was calm, responsible, and helpful, and the housekeeping team did their work with care and integrity. Their conduct made a difficult stay more bearable. God bless Tatev, Vahagn, and the housekeeping staff. Anyone considering Andor should be extremely cautious.

I spent five months at Andor, and it really felt like the best place to stay in Yerevan. The location is perfect, the place is always clean, and the staff are so friendly. They made things feel warm and comfortable. I met lots of lovely people and made great memories while I was there. I'm grateful I found it, and I'd highly recommend it.

We were there for only one night, but it was a really nice stay. The common areas were my favorite part. Everything looked clean and almost new.
