The beds were uncomfortable, and street noise kept making it hard to sleep. The linens were stained and had a musty smell, while the bathroom smelled unpleasant and badly needed cleaning. There were stains on the walls and floors, and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, which made an already bad stay even more unpleasant. It was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I'd look at other options before booking.

It's a very good place, but clients' rights and security are being violated.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and I'm happy with how well the staff treat customers. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. A few of the longtime employees do their jobs really well. I'm curious about the comments complaining about the food or staff's attitude, because I've always been very happy with this hotel.
