The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms, though a little small, were well maintained. There's a cozy spot in the lobby and a nice sit-out with a great view of Mount Ararat. Food options are limited, but there's a wide selection of hot and cold drinks and liquor. I didn't need the heating in summer, so I can't comment on it. Parking fits five to six cars, and you can also park by the roadside.

We ordered kaithi biriyani, but biriyani with mayonnaise wasn't something anyone at our table would eat. If you want to learn how to make biriyani, come to Chennai. The customer service was terrible too.

The food was average, not bad, but the service was very poor. We asked for water and still weren't served any. They should at least keep water on each table. It was also very hot inside, and the chair was covered in dust.
