Family Hotel

Just getting to your room is a hassle, since reception is 150 meters away in another building. Inside, the place felt neglected and filthy, almost like stepping into a Brazilian favela. We were given one towel for three people, which is absurd, and the rooms were in terrible condition with cleanliness at its lowest. The man at reception was incredibly rude. He was unfriendly and acted as if even looking at us, let alone helping, was a burden. This is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and the first bad review I’ve left on Booking after many years of traveling around the world. I absolutely don’t recommend it. If you value your peace and dignity, avoid this place at all costs!
