Nice Hotel Yerevan

The staff made me feel welcome right away and were friendly and professional whenever I needed help. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice bedding and thoughtful amenities, and breakfast had plenty of fresh choices. Nice Hotel Yerevan is right in the city center, but it was still quiet enough to relax. It felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it for a visit to Yerevan, whether you're there for work or leisure. I left very satisfied.

Breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay at Nice Hotel Yerevan. Each morning there were fresh, varied local and international choices, all prepared nicely. The hotel was well organized from check-in through housekeeping and dining, and even my small requests were handled smoothly. The staff were kind, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and well maintained, and the cleanliness and care were evident throughout. I felt looked after the whole time and would happily return. Nice Hotel Yerevan lived up to its name for comfort, quality, and hospitality, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.

The room was tidy, but the smell was awful. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect anywhere in the hotel, and the internet didn't work in any of the rooms. The location was poor, and breakfast was very bad. There was no room service. I asked reception for a plate, but was told the kitchen only opened during breakfast. I couldn't get one because the kitchen door was locked.

The location was good, but the service was terrible. There weren't even hand towels when I arrived. During my four-day stay, housekeeping came just once, despite repeated requests, and barely cleaned anything. The staff were rude and unprofessional. There were basic amenities missing, and no one on staff spoke English, so communication was frustrating. It wasn't worth what I paid, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel if cleanliness and service matter to you.
