Tamara, the owner and host, was so friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean and convenient, and breakfast came with fresh products. We felt right at home here. It’s a quiet spot, with the metro a short walk away and supermarkets, pharmacies, and other shops around the station. Cute and budget-friendly, and a good fit for families, couples, or solo travelers. Highly recommended.

We felt at home, and Tamara was such a kind, helpful host. The room was nice, as was breakfast. The location worked really well, just a few minutes from the metro and bus stations, with plenty of cafes, shops, and banks nearby. If we come back to Yerevan, we’ll stay here again.
