The pool was crystal clear, and the kids loved it so much that none of us wanted to leave. Lake Ahi is about a 10-minute walk away, while the city center takes 10-15 minutes by taxi. It made for a lovely, relaxing family holiday, and the hosts were very welcoming.

There was a pool, and the shared kitchen is on the first floor. My room also had a fridge, air conditioning, and a hairdryer, and the towels were clean and white. Everything was very clean. The view from the window wasn't great, and the hotel is in a residential area, but bus 13 gets you to the center in a short ride. There are also a shop, pharmacy, and cafeteria within walking distance. I stayed in July 2024 and thought it was an excellent hotel.

After busy days around beautiful Yerevan, we liked coming back to relax with a glass of wine by the pool or on the balcony. We had a lovely courtyard view from our balcony with morning coffee, and breakfast by the pool was nice too. The hotel is new, clean, and cozy, with a spacious room and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed, including dishes and appliances. We ordered food through Yandex delivery, had no trouble with the Wi-Fi, and could use streaming sites and YouTube in the room. It was a very positive stay, with thought given to the details.

I booked for a layover and stayed less than a day, but the room was ready for me even though I checked in at 1:00 AM. They also let me check out late for free since the room was available. The hosts were friendly and made guests feel like old friends. Tea, coffee, and water were complimentary, and there was a kitchen for preparing your own food, a swimming pool, and an outdoor barbecue area with a large table. My room had everything I needed, including working air conditioning, strong water pressure, and Wi-Fi both in the room and around the property. It's about a leisurely 40-minute walk to Republic Square, or a taxi costs 1,000 rubles. An indoor Roman pool is planned, and the sauna has been built but not opened yet. The place was clean and cozy, and I was very pleased.

It was 40 degrees in the shade and over 50 in the sun when we arrived, so we clearly came during the hottest season. Still, everything was great and I personally loved the place. Credit to the owners for the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the empathy they showed their guests. 🤝🌞🙏
