The sauna was a great extra, and the rooms at Metropol Hotel in Yerevan feel spacious and luxurious. I loved the elegant decor. It really has the feel of a five-star stay. Highly recommend.

We felt safe the whole time, and the location couldn’t have been better. The reception team were professional and so helpful. They even surprised my friend with a complimentary bottle of wine for her birthday. Those thoughtful gestures meant a lot. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s a quiet, lovely hotel, and breakfast was excellent. You can hear everything from your room, though, and the bed linen feels a little dated.

I was there from September 25 to 29. The hotel itself was fine, but I was quite disappointed by how the staff treated me. They weren’t courteous, often unhelpful, and sometimes rude. Staff behavior can make or break a hotel.

The hotel is clean, and I felt secure there. The staff were kind and helpful too. Just don’t expect the equivalent of a European four-star hotel. My main issue was the noise from the highway right next door, if your room faces that way.
