The rooms felt like shoeboxes, and mine looked out over a parking lot. There were no upgrades, and the service left a lot to be desired.

The service made our stay, and honestly made Armenia feel ten times better. The rooms were so clean, with room service coming three times a day. Great location too. Thanks to operation manager Hovhannes for such a spectacular stay. I'd definitely come back for longer.

The rooms and interiors are beautiful, and the team made sure we were looked after throughout. Whatever we asked for, they did their best to arrange and support us, with some of the warmest hospitality in Armenia. It’s one of the best hotels in Yerevan, and I’d love to return.
