The staff were accommodating and let us check in early since our room was already available. It’s a peaceful, quiet location, and we had a relaxing three-night stay. The nearest restaurant is about a ten-minute walk; downtown is an easy five- to ten-minute taxi ride. Our package came with a breakfast buffet. There wasn’t much choice, but everything was fresh and tasty. The room was small, with a distinctive design and all the necessary amenities. One issue was the tap water, which seemed to go from cold to very hot with no easy way to get it warm.

We had a great stay at Hotel Orbeli from November 23 to 26, 2025, through Holiday Factory. The breakfast had plenty of variety, and I even ordered an egg omelette. Our room was very clean, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. There are lots of grocery shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the center. Thanks to everyone who looked after us, especially Roy and Clara. We’d stay at the same hotel again when we return to Yerevan.

The first day’s receptionist was very helpful, and I enjoyed our three-day stay in Yerevan. Our king room was neat and clean, with all the amenities, though the advertised Mount Ararat view wasn’t very visible. Shops and supermarkets are just across the road, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center and Republic Square. Breakfast was pathetic, with none of the basic options. We got by on bread, jam, and cornflakes every day.

The staff were kind and helpful. They let us check in early and even arranged a restaurant reservation when we had no way to call. The room was cute, clean, and well stocked, so it was a comfortable stay. The location is a bit out of the way for tourists, around a 20- to 30-minute walk from the city and main attractions. Our taxis often seemed to miss the hotel, which is on a corner of a busy road. The tiny balcony had a less appealing view than the ones shown here. Breakfast was average, and more vegetarian options would help.
