AWFUL..... The price is cheaper than expected, but the room was dirty and miserable. The staff were unfriendly and rude, and their attitude was awful. I asked a few questions and she was rude, then even turned away while I was talking to her. Bad service. A waste of your money and time.

I was extremely disappointed with both the rooms and the staff. The booking through Holiday Factory was another disaster. They refused my early check-in request, wouldn’t provide even basic water, and told me to drink the tap water because it was safe. They didn’t replenish the basics either. The room served only as a place to sleep, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Breakfast had very few options and nothing exciting, mostly eggs and sausages. If you’re vegetarian, fruit is the only option.

By the third day, the room smelled bad, especially the bathroom, because it wasn't cleaned daily. We stayed three nights and had a really poor experience. They only provided two small bottles of water once, then charged about three times the usual price. When we needed water during a nighttime emergency, they said the bar was closed, even though we were willing to pay. The restaurant food wasn't good either. The steak was so chewy it felt like rubber. It was a horrible stay.

The balcony was huge and had an amazing view, and the staff were really lovely. Service could be slapdash, though. The pool was nice, if maybe a little small, and the man looking after it seemed very miserable. Breakfast tasted good but was repetitive. Four stars feels generous.
