Breakfast was brought to our room, and the omelette was much nicer than the rest. The owner was friendly and looked after us well, accommodating all our requests. The hotel is a long way from the center, but taxis are inexpensive. We had our own driver and van, so that wasn't a problem. The pool and sauna are tiny, though they felt semi-private since hardly anyone else used them. The price was very good for what was offered. Enjoy your holiday 😀

The food was delicious and arrived promptly as promised. Hovannes, the GM, was professional and accommodating, and made sure I and the other guests were having a great time. The whole team was generous and kind, and they even upgraded my room. It felt like a home away from home, and I was well looked after down to my last request. I enjoyed the amenities on my final day. Artur, my Armenian father and driver/guide, took me to several beautiful places in Armenia and made the acebery and me look lovely in the photos. Thank you to my new Armenian family. I’ll definitely stay at hotel Roma again when I return to Armenia. Highly recommended.

A good, safe place to stay. The rooms have attached bathrooms and are cleaned every day. Service is quick and up to date, and breakfast is tasty and brought to your room. There's also a fridge stocked with drinks and some chocolates.
