Our apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, and the hotel staff were professional and always available when we ran into a few minor inconveniences. They made us feel safe, welcome, and at home. The location was excellent too, only a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The hotel exceeded all our expectations.

The balcony looked onto the street, with a very nice flag, and the view was phenomenal. Our room was clean, and the hotel is in a prime spot, about a hundred meters from the main square. The employees were professional and kind, and quickly sorted out the problems we had. If I return to Armenia, I’ll choose this hotel again. Greetings from Serbia! 🇷🇸🇦🇲

The service was good and the location is perfect, but I struggled to sleep because of the traffic noise. My room was on the first floor facing the street, and the windows didn’t insulate well from the cars passing by. If noise isn’t an issue for you, this might still be a good option.

For what we paid, the stay just wasn’t worth it. Our room wasn’t clean, and even basic things like fresh towels and water took a long time to arrive. The staff didn’t seem helpful or friendly, and some facilities we expected were unavailable or didn’t work properly. We were really disappointed. Not a great experience.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, and the place is cozy, with renovated rooms. It’s near Republic Square, so it’s easy to wander around the city. We had a balcony where we could smoke. Our room got too hot, but they quickly sent someone to service the AC and brought us an extra fan. I really liked it.
