We were left feeling unfairly treated and deliberately misinformed, and unfortunately can't recommend this hotel. We had extended our stay because our flight was late at night and paid extra for another half day after speaking with the receptionist. He said we could keep the room until 10 PM the next day. The following morning, we checked the checkout time with reception again. She clearly said we could even stay until the next morning. Then, around 10 PM that evening, a different receptionist knocked and told us to leave right away. We explained that we had confirmed the time again that morning. After checking with her colleague, she suddenly said she'd only told us “until 10 PM.” To us, that was a clear lie. We had checked specifically to avoid a mix-up, then were made to seem as though we'd misunderstood everything. The staff member on site showed some understanding, but management wouldn't cooperate and said we had to leave or pay extra. The mistake itself wasn't the issue, mistakes happen. What bothered us was that nobody would admit it, and we were blamed instead. The receptionist's behavior was extremely unprofessional, and management showed no goodwill or customer service.

The location was perfect for what we needed, and the room at Rooftop Apart Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The cleaning team kept it spotless, and reception were always helpful and went out of their way for us. They found me a compatible phone adapter every time I asked and helped book taxis when we needed them. The staff were incredibly cooperative. Thanks for the warm hospitality and memorable stay. Highly recommend it!

The room doors don't block much sound. Hallway noise and the reception bell came through quite clearly, especially at night, so it could bother light sleepers. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, with excellent staff and good value for the price. Rooftop Apart Hotel is on the 17th floor of a residential building, so keep in mind it isn't a full hotel complex. The check-in desk is open 24/7, and building entry is secure: you need a room key card or can ring the bell by the elevator entrance for help. Staff were polite and professional throughout. Airport transfer is available and was convenient. Breakfast is brought to your room. The portion isn't big, but it was tasty and enough to start the day.

Good value for the location and price. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and it's only a short walk to restaurants and the tourist attractions. Highly recommend it!
