I traveled all the way from Tsaghkadzor after booking ahead on Booking.com, only to be told there were no rooms because they don't consider bookings from Indians. My reservation had been confirmed, but they gave my room to someone else and didn't even call or message me beforehand. If you're Asian or Indian, don't bother reserving here.
We were there for barely five minutes. My friend and I ordered a hookah, then changed our minds a few minutes later and left. My friend's husband called the hookah guy to cancel it, but they still made us pay. I don't understand what kind of service that was. Just empty pretentiousness, probably because we asked for a menu in Russian!!!
A huge thank you to the restaurant's wonderful chef! He's a young guy, but the food is so tasty, refined, and inventive. This is the best restaurant for original cuisine in the city, possibly the only one. I especially recommend the chef's desserts!
The place was clean, but the TV didn't work. The air conditioning was switched off, and after an hour the jacuzzi still hadn't filled, apparently because the water pressure was too low.
Friendly staff, everything clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Everything was great, I'd recommend it to everyone.
