Hotel Aldeamento Belo Horizonte

A cozy, tidy, beautiful place, and the staff are so welcoming. I'd call it a 3-star spot with almost 5-star standards. If you love a beach view, this is a place to visit in Luanda.

The food was good in both taste and presentation, and the internet was decent when it worked, though there were outages. The room was rather small, with a tiny desk, and unfortunately there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. At least there was a socket close to the bed. A typical Luanda hotel.

The pool is lovely, the restaurant is nice, and the staff are excellent and ready to help. It feels like a true 3-star hotel with 4-star service, and the value for money is fantastic. I loved every moment and can hardly recommend it enough.

This felt like a substandard motel. It was extremely noisy at night, so sleeping wasn't possible. My room had no windows and felt very depressing, dark inside like a tomb. The bathroom stank of sewage, the sinks had no siphons, and the tap water was yellow and smelled bad. I was told it was delivered by a tanker truck. After brushing my teeth with it, I had diarrhea for days. The electrical system had no safety circuits, which made the bathroom feel dangerous. Voltage in the sockets fluctuated and damaged electronics, and the power shut down several times a day. The air conditioners had empty systems and blew warm air. The furniture was old and rotten, then repainted black.
