6/10
The rooms are simple and basic, but okay, so I'd give the accommodation four stars. The real problem was the very unfriendly, rude reception staff. They didn't provide enough soap and wanted to charge for every small extra. The little piece they give you is barely enough to wash your hands, not your whole body, so zero stars for that. The restaurant is basic too. They don't even have draught or bottled beer, just small cans at a high price. The hotel is several kilometres from Luanda, far from the new Agostino Neto airport.

There was barely any English spoken at the hotel, and the staff's attitude felt undeserved. The service was terrible.

There's no mobile signal in the room, so bring your own drinking water too. The room was clean, though the two beds were tiny, and the washroom was good. The hotel apartments are massive, with a nice garden and well-kept grounds. Good enough for a night.

Check your bill carefully. The restaurant waiters seem more interested in watching TV than serving, and I felt they would overcharge you whenever they got the chance, sometimes double or even triple if they thought you weren't paying attention. Count everything every day.

The hotel is very clean and neat, and the staff are friendly. Security is very good too. The restaurant is good, and the location worked great for the FILDA Exhibition.
