The food options are very limited. Most dishes aren’t available, even simple choices like chicken or pasta, and they mainly offer vegetarian meals, pizza, or fish. The ATMs are often out of cash, and staff just tell you to go outside the hotel and sort it out yourself. Be careful to check prices and receipts. We were charged the wrong amounts, and when we spotted the mistake after paying, they refused to refund us and made excuses about staff or the “system.” The rooms have very hard beds, like sleeping on wooden boards, and the internet is poor. After a couple of nights I was covered in bites and small red spots, which points to poor cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel seems completely unprepared for guests. Reception staff are disrespectful and even threatening, and they raise their voices when you complain about slow responses to requests. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about comfort, cleanliness, or respectful service.
