The rooms are tidy and the sheets are clean, which is what you're paying for. In Luena, there isn't much better to choose from, either. But the service is generally poor, and the overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The “free” breakfast is very basic. Today there were no eggs or bread rolls, and they'd run out of fruit juice. They offer a weekend rate, but nobody has been able to explain which days count as the weekend. I've stayed many nights at iU in Luena.
