The jacuzzi and central heating were the best parts. It’s a beautiful, fully equipped place near the center. Silvia, the owner, is wonderful and attentive to everything. Highly recommended.

Mabel’s service was excellent, and the owner is very friendly. The facilities are comfortable, with a TV, air conditioning in every room, a bathroom jacuzzi, an oven, microwave, and grill. It’s a peaceful place surrounded by nature.

The photos show a jacuzzi and heated pool, but the place doesn’t have them. I arrived and realized I’d been scammed. I filed a complaint with the tourism office, where we learned this had been happening since last year. When we called the owner, she said she knew nothing about the rental and that her website had been hacked.

I was scammed by a man named Sandoval Osorno. I think the tourism office should know who the owners are and share that information. When I called, they said the cabin was licensed and gave me the address, and at most a phone number they weren’t sure was current. They didn’t know the owners’ names. The woman who answered said they only had the license status and address. I’m sharing this to show how much we need to do to avoid scams. I followed the basic advice people always give and contacted the tourism office, but I was deceived because I didn’t provide all the information. Everything looked the same, including the photos.
