The owner was kind and very proactive about keeping us informed. Before we arrived, he contacted us several times to let us know about power and water outages in town, which had been resolved by the time we got there. We appreciated being able to prepare just in case. The apartment is roomy, sleeps four comfortably, and has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. From the master bedroom window there’s a great view of the mountains and valley. The location is excellent, around the block from the Mt Fitzroy trail entrance, so we could set off at 1 am under a full moon and catch an amazing sunrise. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The owner is super nice, speaks English, and is very helpful with whatever you need. The apartments are large and fully equipped, in a good spot close to both town and the trails.

From bed, you can look straight out at the mountains, which was the best part. It’s a comfortable, spacious, well-equipped getaway in a quieter part of town, while still being central and very close to the main road.

The location is really good, and the owner was nice and responsive, but the place was filthy. The towels had stains, and the bedding smelled like sweat. Behind the chest of drawers you could see years of dust and trash, and the shower curtain was disgusting. For the price they charge, they should at least clean the place properly. A better clean would make it ten times better.
