The two girls at the front desk were wonderful, and it was nice seeing smiling faces every day. The hotel was nice and clean, with a good breakfast, hot showers, and a spot close to the bus station.

I’ve never felt so disrespected. After booking, I asked to cancel within minutes and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Then they kept giving me the runaround and refused to refund my money. I spoke with Franco, who was incredibly rude and pompous. I’ll be sharing how they treated me on social media. Stay as far away as you can from PatagoniaGroups lodging.

Everything in town is within walking distance, and the hotel is only a six-minute walk from the bus station. Fransisco and Brian at the front desk were so welcoming and happy to answer our questions about hikes and restaurants. They arranged a bus for one of our hikes, and the hotel packed lunches for us to take along. Housekeeping was thoughtful about noticing what we needed in the room. We had a great stay in El Chalten.
