Apart Hotel Bungalows Matute

Nacho welcomed us, and everyone else we dealt with, including the cleaner, was kind and ready to help. We spent a week here as a family and found the place spotless and lovely. It was so quiet and family-friendly, just right for relaxing. We had lots of doubts while researching, but Apart Matute answered all my questions before we booked and gave us confidence in our choice.

We loved being right across from Playa Bonita, and in summer we made the most of it. The pool was spotless, with games for kids and grown-ups too. Our apartment in Chacay had a great balcony view of Nahuel Huapi Lake and was well equipped. My wife, our 6-year-old son, and I stayed there in January, and the whole place was amazing. The location is quiet since it's away from the center, but everything is still easy to reach. There is secure private parking, too. Nacho at reception deserves a mention for always being attentive and having such a good attitude. We'd definitely come back, highly recommend it.

We'd choose this place again if we return, and will definitely recommend it. We stayed for 15 days and were really impressed by the view, facilities, and service from the owner and Nacho. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and feel at home. Cleanliness was excellent throughout, and when we asked to move the cleaning days around our excursions, they did it without any trouble. We'd come back to a spotless place.

The pool was a big bonus while traveling with kids, and there were great amenities throughout. We stayed a few days ago and had an incredible vacation. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with supermarkets nearby and the beach diagonally across the street. Nacho at reception was so friendly and helpful. Thanks, we highly recommend it!
