Bungalows Capurro

We were two people in the studio for a week, and the owner and staff were very accommodating when we arrived early. They let us check in ahead of time, which helped us make the most of the day. The shower was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. At kilometer 4 on Pioneros, buses stop right outside for Gutiérrez or kilometer 18, where you can connect to buses for the Llao area or Colonia Suiza. The bus to the city center stops across the street. There are supermarkets, a laundromat, bakery, pharmacy, and all the basics nearby. Everything was excellent, and I’d definitely stay again.

Gustavo was very attentive to what guests needed. The bungalow is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities for a great stay, and someone comes to clean every other day. On-site parking was handy too. We’ll definitely return.

Clean and well priced. But it’s not suitable for disabled guests. The bathroom is tiny. It was okay for me, though it could be hard if you have trouble moving in a small space.

The bungalows are comfortable, clean, spacious, and very well located in the Melipal neighborhood. There’s also a nice garden. But the kitchen has very few utensils: two pots, a frying pan in pretty poor shape, and a baking tray. I travel often, especially to Bariloche, and I’ve never been treated so badly, even at the cheapest places. Gustavo wouldn’t even say good morning, just greeted us with a sour look as if we were a nuisance. Checkout was at 10:00 AM. He knocked at 9:50 AM to rush us, without a greeting. We were already loading the car and ready to go, but he came back at 10:15 AM and told us to leave as if it were noon and we were staying for free. I understand he may have other rentals, but all that rushing was unnecessary when we were ready.
