The noise from outside and the corridor was terrible, with no soundproofing at all. For two days there was no hot water, and part of the time there was no water whatsoever. This isn't a cheap hotel, so that's very basic. I don't think they handled the problems properly, and there was no compensation. The hotel is good in general, but because of all this I say stay away.

Service was what I disliked most, both at reception and at dinner, not room service. In the dining room several tables were still dirty even fifteen minutes after people had left. At reception nobody even explained how to find my room. It took a while to connect to the Internet, but I finally got on and it was fairly fast. It doesn't reach every room, though, and works great in the hall.

The breakfast is shameful. And if you want to sleep and get some rest, I wouldn't recommend this place. Guests make noise without thinking of others, playing music on their phones anywhere in the hotel and yelling for hours at 5 or 6 a.m. There's also live music in the dining room until 11:30 p.m.

For the last two months, I've been hearing awful mechanical noise from the hotel's backyard, day and night. I live in the neighboring building, and all the hotel rooms face that same yard. It's literally impossible to sleep.
