The location is excellent, and the service itself wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here with dogs. Even though the lodging platforms say it’s pet-friendly, I was asked to leave before my planned departure because my dogs were barking. The rules around pet behavior weren’t clear, which made disagreements hard to resolve. Cabin Number 3 also has a very uncomfortable bathroom, especially when you’re trying to bathe. It’s a shame our stay went this way.

The barbecue area has an incredible view, and the location works really well if you don’t have a car. I stayed in apartment 3, which looked just like the pictures. It even smelled lovely, with perfume on the sheets and throughout the apartment. I was delighted and would choose it again for a relaxing stay in Bariloche 🥰

The tower is lovely and has a beautiful view, and it’s a very nice place to stay. But the shower curtain was so long we kept stepping on it while showering. There was also an awful smell, like a goat, whenever we came in. I’m not sure whether it’s perfume that has soaked into the place or the furniture, but airing it out helped reduce it.

The whole apartment looks out over Nahuel Huapi and Cerro Otto, and the view is beautiful. My partner and I stayed in the tower apartment, which was just right for two.

I’ve stayed at the complex three times now, once in Las Gaviotas and twice in La Fontana. It’s a wonderful place, and I have no doubt I’ll be back.
