Each of the three couples in our group stayed in a different suite, and every one had its own charm and amazing views. The food was excellent, and breakfast was generous and delicious. We loved how peaceful the place was, the unbeatable location, and views even better than the photos. Carlos, the owner, was especially attentive and warm. We'd definitely stay here again.

The room was beautiful and warm, and we had a lovely stay. My wife and I were there in September, when the weather wasn't ideal, but María, Carlos, and Sofía made it the best time of the year for us. The location was charming, and we'll always come back.

Carlos and his wife, the owners, were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay a wonderful one. We're very grateful. The view from the window is unlike anything else, and this really is a magical, wonderful place to stay in SAN Marcos de Bariloche. I would give the hotel five stars for its location, service, and perfectly maintained rooms. The staff pay attention to guests and help with questions about where to go, shops, and other places. I recommend it with complete confidence.
