The views of the hills and lake are beautiful, and the setting is dreamy, right in the middle of the reserve and close to lots of excursions and trails. Breakfast and snacks can be personalized. Lucas and Marisol were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything, including local tourist information. The price is incredible for what’s included. We're extremely happy and will be back every year. Thank you :)

We spent part of the summer in one of the cabins and found it very comfortable, peaceful, and really well equipped. It's a great spot if you want quiet and prefer to be away from the noise in the city center.

Lucas made us feel welcome straight away. He's kind, always available, and clearly cares about looking after guests. The aparthotel is comfortable and practical, with good bedding. Its peaceful location also makes it a lovely base for visiting Llao Llao Bay. A real little retreat.

At 5 pm on arrival day, while I was already on my way to the hotel, they cancelled my reservation. They sent an audio message over WhatsApp and gave no further explanation. It felt like a complete disregard for my time. If I'd cancelled a day earlier, they would have charged me for the whole stay, but when they cancelled, I had no options. A total disaster.

For 300,000 pesos, they don't even provide toilet paper. The kitchen is missing things, and there's no help with breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You're in the middle of nowhere and they offer nothing. Lucas's service was awful, with no solutions to the problems and shortcomings at his "hotel." Terrible.
