I booked a suite a day ahead based on the listing, but they showed me a terrible basement room instead. When I turned it down, they refused to refund my three-day booking. I ended up staying at a real three-star hotel a few minutes away for 20% less. The rooms here are tiny and dysfunctional, with battered old furniture and big gaps around the skeleton-key doors. They advertise themselves as three-star, but how does this place qualify? Beware of what I see as misleading advertising and predatory practices.
