The room was very basic, with no fridge or hair dryer, a locked safe, and Wi-Fi that didn’t work inside the room. Melisa at reception had such an unpleasant, rude attitude that I don’t think she should be working in hospitality. Remember who the client is, look at them, acknowledge them, and at least act like you want to help.

My son is staying there with his friends right now, and this place is a fraud. It’s ugly, with old furniture, really awful and not worth it. The food is terrible too. Don’t go. It’s one of the worst places in Bariloche. They’re changing hotels tomorrow. Stay away from this third-rate hotel.

The location is about the only thing this place has going for it, with restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and attractions nearby. The rooms were ugly and had lots of practical and cosmetic issues. Service was decent, but repetitive, and some of the food was cold or even spoiled.

Terrible stay. The rooms were horrible, with dirty, torn mattresses and worn, dirty bedding. There was no air conditioning, the door handles were broken, and the bathrooms were tiny.

My son was robbed in room 301. The hotel leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to security and taking responsibility for what happened. Travel Rock is responsible too.
