The cabins are beautiful and complete, with everything you need, and they feel as warm as the hosts. They’re set in an incredible spot, away from annoying noise, with a bus stop right outside and markets, an ice cream shop, and a pharmacy nearby. We found the place online and came with my students. Juan and Maria Inés were so warm that the kids felt they were part of the scenery and could all return someday with a little effort. I never expected writing this review to move me so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Juan and Maria Inés! We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve been coming for years, and everyone is always so kind and friendly. Susana from cleaning is fantastic and very kind, and Poli, the manager, is a great guy. Highly recommended.

There were 11 of us. We rented a cabin for six and had three couples, but only the downstairs room was private. Upstairs, the two rooms were more like a shared space at the top of the stairs, with two beds. We asked for a double bed and got a single, while the other bed was in a room with no door. You also hit your head on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. The other five people were moved between cabins, from cabin 4 to cabin 7 and then to the private room. Three moves in all, one because the kitchen sink fell in and another because the hot water wasn’t working. The final placement was the private room, the only one that actually has three rooms. That wasn’t the cabin meant for the six of us. The owner was goodwill alone, but that isn’t enough. This place sells itself as a 3- to 4-star hotel, though it’s a 2-star hotel now. It feels like stepping into a time warp. It might have been very nice 10 to 20 years ago, but today it’s stuck in the past and needs maintenance. Lights don’t work, windows don’t close, and the upstairs of the second-floor apartments has no radiators, so it’s cold, with winter only just beginning. The carpets are old and not vacuumed, the beds leave something to be desired, and even the pillows in the 8-seater suites weren’t spared. Kitchen sinks leak into the cupboards below, and the entrance doors aren’t properly insulated. There’s one light missing for every two-seater, and nightstands are either broken or conspicuously absent. Towels are changed every 3 days and aired on the complex railings, where people touch them as they use the walkways. It’s really unhygienic. With investment and work, this could be restored as a classic place, with style.

A truly lovely green paradise, with a warm, cozy room that had everything we needed. The room was immaculate and incredibly well equipped, with thoughtful details that made a difference. We felt right at home, and the setting invites you to relax and enjoy nature. Mr. Leopoldo was fantastic, clearly dedicated and attentive, always smiling, ready to help, and happy to answer questions or take care of any needs. We highly recommend spending a few restful days here to unwind. Nature, comfort, and personal service come together beautifully. You won’t regret it!
