The owners and staff were so welcoming and kind, and made our stay really pleasant. The place was clean, in good shape, and well equipped. Excellent service, highly recommend it for a few days away.

The apartment looked nice and was in a good location. The host welcomed us, was friendly, explained a few things about the apartment, and showed us where the nearby supermarkets and pharmacies were. Several advertised things didn't match what we found. We chose the accommodation partly because of the heated pool, but were told when we arrived that it wasn't open. It was full and covered, though, and on our last day, when the other apartments were occupied, they switched it on. That left us with the impression they simply hadn't wanted to keep it heated while we were the only guests. We also had practical problems in the apartment. The pots had no lids, the fridge didn't cool properly, and the mattresses started out seeming comfortable but became deformed with use. We were told towels would be changed every three days, but that didn't happen. For four people staying six nights, they left just one extra roll of toilet paper. The rooms had blackout curtains, but quite a bit of morning light still came through, which could bother someone sensitive to bright light. The appliances worked properly apart from the refrigerator, and the balanced-flue heaters kept the place adequately warm. We didn't see air conditioning or fans, so that's something to bear in mind in summer. For the price, we expected more. At the same nightly rate on other stays, such as in San Martín de los Andes, we had more complete service, including daily cleaning and tidying, full kitchenware, and a heated pool that was actually available. We weren't satisfied, wouldn't recommend it, and wouldn't return under the current conditions. There are several things that need improvement.

The location was fantastic, just a block from a beautiful beach, near good restaurants and breweries, with shops a few blocks away. It's also quiet and feels safe, with parking on site. The apartments are modern, clean, and very well equipped. There's a barbecue area and a heated pool, too.

We were in apartment "B," a very clean, well-equipped one-bedroom place with excellent heating. It's especially well situated for ski season, since you can avoid the heavy peak-season traffic on Av. Bustillo. The property is just steps from Av. Bustillo and about 500 meters from the road to Cerro Catedral.
