Rochester Bariloche

We had a suite on the second floor, and the view was breathtaking. The rooms felt spacious and cosy, with lovely natural light coming through the big windows all day. Soledad was accommodating with all our needs and questions. Our time in Bariloche was fantastic, and we highly recommend the Rochester Hotel.

Our loft was just right for three people, and the lake view was gorgeous. The breakfast was nice too, and they can deliver it to your room for $14 usd per person. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and even sent recommendations for the area to help us make the most of our visit. Having reception open 24 hours and being able to reach them on WhatsApp made things easy. They answered every question and concern. We loved staying at the Rochester and would definitely come back if we return to Bariloche.

I felt really comfortable in the room I booked, and loved both the view and the location. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, especially Gabriel and Ezequiel. I also had a massage with Silvina, who was seriously the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I booked another one with her for the next evening.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and responsive, which matters a lot to me. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed, and the facilities were fantastic. The rooms are huge, the beds are wonderful, and the hot tub is the biggest I’ve ever been in. You get what you need to cook if you want to, and if you’d rather order in, they guide deliveries right to your door. Breakfast was delicious, the spa area was lovely, and the pool was beautiful. 10/10, would recommend.
