The place itself is nice, but I was only there for one night and won't return because of the parking situation. On a rainy Saturday in spring, they assigned me an uncovered spot. I didn't want to leave my car on the street, and was surprised by the open-air space. If I'd known, I'd have parked on the street instead. They could at least have warned me.

I never got a reply to my requests or complaints. And compared with previous years, the place has a clear maintenance problem.

The key setup worked well for my hours. I arrived at 2 a.m. and left at 5 a.m., and there was a drop box for returning the keys. My room was on the fourth floor facing the street, but I didn't hear noise. It was a bit cool since I didn't use the split air conditioner, though there were plenty of blankets. The room itself was nice, and the mattress, sheets, and pillow were standard. I was traveling alone for work in July 2025. The little bathtub felt somewhat unsafe, and I'd have preferred a shower stall. The toilet seat was loose.

The balcony had a beautiful view, the mattress was good, and the place was fully equipped with things like an iron, hair dryer, and electric kettle. But the service was unfriendly and not very helpful. They hurried us when we arrived, and the shower time was very short. Netflix didn't work. When we asked for help or to switch rooms, they said it was our responsibility and didn't assist. The exit door locks automatically at 10:00 PM, with no allowance for unexpected delays, and they charge extra after that. They advise renting parking because spots are hard to find, but we found one on the block. They were strict and demanding about our requests, without being as attentive when it came to providing what we needed.
