Hotel La Casona

The hosts really look after every detail, and the area is quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a king-size bed, a great TV, and air conditioning that worked perfectly. The shower was lovely and every bathroom fixture worked. Breakfast was generous too. It's one block from the main square and a five-minute drive from the beach. There's no garage, but street parking is easy to find and shaded. We paid $50,000 a night, which seemed reasonable for what they offer.

The courtyard at La Casona is lovely, open to the sky and cool, with little spots to read or share mate and a card game. The rooms are beautifully kept and decorated, with a peaceful country feel. This restored old mansion keeps its original architecture, from the galleries and old floors to the big windows. You can feel Bella Vista's past in its walls, amid orange groves, the river, and local tradition. The hosts are welcoming from the moment you arrive and attentive throughout. They can suggest outings, tell stories about the place, and take care with all the little details. The location is handy too, just a few blocks from downtown and the Paraná waterfront, while still feeling serene. A stay here is more than just a night. La Casona has history, warmth, and a special coastal charm. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to relax, experience an authentic place, and connect with the Corrientes spirit.
