The courtyard loungers were lovely, with views of the lime and orange trees. We relaxed on the second floor before leaving and watched woodpeckers and butterflies. I also loved the antique furniture in the lounge, the chandeliers, and the cozy feel throughout. My room was a little tight, but the bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot, and there was an armoire for my things plus a luggage rack. I checked in at 11 PM and never felt rushed. There's no elevator, but the staff carried my heavy suitcase upstairs. Breakfast was abundant, with fresh hot eggs, lots of fruit, meats, and breads. The location was spot on, and I hope to return someday. Thank you.

My reservation was cancelled without notice two weeks before I was due to arrive because my card was declined once. It had expired, and I updated the card details on Booking within minutes of the failed charge. Reply to response: Thanks for the patronizing tone. I know Booking.com policy for both hotels and guests. If you run a service minded business, you could have messaged me in the app about the failed charge. I would have updated my card details. That simple step would have prevented this whole issue. Based on your poor response, I'm now glad I won't be staying at your hotel. Do better.

Such a lovely stay in a great central spot. Huge thanks to the super friendly staff, Salvatore, Paolo, and Marcello, for all their help. Breakfast service from Carmen and Vicky was next level. Thank you 🤩

The rooms are pretty small, and there are odd little oversights like no towel holders. The location is great, though. One receptionist had a bit of an attitude, but the other three or four were absolutely delightful. On my return trip I stayed there again, and they really made an effort to provide a vegan breakfast. I'd stay again, just keep in mind how small it is.

We only stayed one night, but will definitely come back. It's a lovely little boutique hotel, about a 20 minute drive from the airport, with nice, clean rooms. The blackout window was a real plus. I liked the mix of modern decor and French touches, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Salvatore was very helpful.
