Barrancas Quality Apartments

The terrace was beautiful and the gym was spectacular. Everything else met our expectations, and the service was excellent. It’s a shame there was no parking, which was a real headache. I’d also add a couple of chairs on the balconies.

I’ve really come to think of this as my second home in the city. The apartments are comfortable and good quality, and the location is the standout. Service is good and just right. I also appreciate the laundry with a dryer. I think the price is fair for what you get, and can back that up with my stay from November 23rd to 27th, 2025, for USD 116. There’s no parking on site, but there are options 100 meters away for $30,000 per day. I’d avoid booking through Despegar or similar apps, since the prices aren’t transparent, especially if you need an official invoice.

Getting around is easy, with plenty of buses and trains nearby, as well as Barrancas de Belgrano, Chinatown, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. It’s a lovely place, and the service is excellent. Everyone is always very friendly.

Whenever I’ve been to Buenos Aires, I’ve chosen these apartments several times. They’re super comfortable, and I recommend them. Mrs. Norma has always welcomed me and is attentive to whatever I need. The place is excellent for its location, cleanliness, and service.
