The morning staff were welcoming, but the night watchman was a different story. We stayed there for New Year’s Eve, and breakfast was included, yet my relatives who had come from the interior and only slept at the hotel weren’t offered any. When guests asked about it, they got rude answers. We were also charged for things we hadn’t eaten. The communication between staff was poor, and so was the service. I wouldn’t go back.

The room was nice, the hotel was clean, and the staff paid attention to us. But there was a party in the events room on the night before I left, and I couldn’t sleep. I had to leave for Ezeiza at 5 am. Maybe it was a one-off, but I don’t know if they do this regularly. It was completely inappropriate.

A quiet area and a comfortable stay, and the hotel looks much nicer in person than it does in the photos. The breakfast was standard, while the service was excellent.

Everything was very clean, and my stay was short but pleasant. The afternoon waiter, who was also on duty in the morning, served us very well, as did the young woman at breakfast. The person who welcomed us that afternoon, though, didn’t seem very attentive to his work.

We were left standing outside at night for about 15-20 minutes, and the staff were unfriendly from the person who greeted us to whoever served the meager breakfast. They all could have tried harder. Nothing good about the experience.
