The location was close to the heart of the city, the staff were great, and the price was attractive. The rooms, though, were very small and outdated, and breakfast was basic with no vegetables. I also got locked out of my room twice. It falls well short of a 4-star hotel.

The rooms and bathroom are a little small, but the service is great. The location is excellent, right in the center of Buenos Aires and close to lots of central spots.

The room was comfortable and very clean, though the mini fridge didn't work. The staff were extremely nice throughout. At check-in, I was almost charged 21% tax, even though as a foreigner paying by card you're exempt, so be careful and ask questions. Breakfast was a little disappointing. They made some gluten-free bread for me each morning, but aside from that and the eggs there weren't many choices, no salads, for example. There was a bit of fruit, but it ran out quickly. I'm satisfied with the stay, though I still think it was a bit overpriced, like everything in BA right now.

The rooms look a little aged, but were fine overall for the couple of nights we stayed. We did have an issue with water running out of the shower.
