The cabins have a fridge, electric kettle, stove, and dishes, so they're very well equipped. The food was delicious and service excellent. I stayed with my sister and aunt, along with a wonderful group from Flamingo. Beautiful place, highly recommend it. Breakfast could use fruit and eggs, and run until 10 am.

We were just a few blocks from Plaza Francia and La Abeja Winery, and close to Yrigoyen Avenue and Rivadavia Avenue too. The neighborhood was very quiet, with shops, a pharmacy, grocery stores, and a greengrocer nearby. The rooms were comfortable, the pool huge, and the patio a lovely place to relax. Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasty local products. Everyone was so kind, from Luz the owner to Stella at reception and María and Valeria in maintenance. The service was a 10/10. They helped with bus schedules, wineries, and tour companies, and were ready to help during my outings. They'd even advised me before I booked. It was my best stay in San Rafael ever, and I'd choose them again when I return to this beautiful city. Thanks for making it feel like home! ❤️

There are restaurants and shops nearby, though the hotel is a little far from the city center. Rooms are okay for a short stay, but some don't have air conditioning. The bathrooms feel cramped with more than three people. Breakfast has lots of pastries, cereal, and fruit, but no protein, and the coffee is really, really bad. Towels aren't included, you have to buy them separately.

The pool area is lovely, and I especially appreciated how attentive the reception and breakfast staff were. Our first-floor room was set up like a hotel room, with a mini-fridge and electric kettle. Breakfast was quite comprehensive, though melon and watermelon were served every day, and I don't like either. There's just one parking spot by the guest rooms, available first come, first served. We were the only guests with a car, so it wasn't a problem. Highly recommend it!

The pool was spotless every time, and breakfast was quite complete. I only wish the dining room stayed open later than its current 9:00 AM closing time, just a suggestion. The area seemed very quiet, and the gates were always open. We were comfortable in the studio apartment with my 10-year-old son. It had an under-counter refrigerator and an electric kettle. The staff were lovely, explaining what to do around the area, how to get there, and sharing recommendations. Their incredible service started when I booked and began messaging on WhatsApp. 💘 THANK YOU ALL! ❤️
