The pool was empty during very hot weather, which was the main downside. Still, the location was great, with plenty of things nearby, and the price was good. The kitchen was fine and I had a great view from my room, so I recommend the hotel.

It's in a convenient spot, comfortable, and feels safe. There's a pool for hot days, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The famous bookstore El Ateneo is close too.

There's just one TV, in the bedroom, so I couldn't watch it from the table while working on my laptop. The cable signal in apartment 11A was so weak that the TV was unwatchable.

The location made getting around easy: a lovely children’s plaza and park are just across the street, with shops, places to eat, the subway, and buses nearby. I stayed here twice, first for two nights and later for twelve, and had no problems. The room was spotless, everything worked, and it had good pillows and a huge closet. The pool area was clean and very quiet, too. My one suggestion is to make sure the bathroom gets cleaned in the hard-to-reach corners. The reception staff were always friendly, and I’d recommend the place.

The complex is beautiful, the infrastructure is lovely, and the service was excellent. I had a very good stay. The internet was poor, though, and the place wasn’t well equipped for cooking. Fixing those things would make it even better.
