I had the best sleep I've had in months. The bed and sheets were so comfortable, and I felt like a queen the whole time. Sebastian, the concierge, was outstanding, with a wonderful attitude, great recommendations and a level of professionalism that made my birthday trip special. The bar and room service teams were lovely too, and everyone was kind and quick to help. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. I'd give it 20 stars if I could. Thanks so much to the Casa Lucia team, I'm so glad I spent my birthday here!

The location made it easy to stroll around, with coffee shops and restaurants just around the corner. The hotel itself has a tasteful, understated feel, with lots of black and white details that feel modern without being flashy. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the staff were some of the nicest I've met, genuinely warm and attentive without going overboard. It rained while we were there, so we had drinks in the lobby beneath the open roof. It set the mood perfectly. Everything felt thoughtful and low key. Highly recommend.

Rocio at Reception deserves a special mention for being efficient and friendly, even helping us with tricky flight check ins. The hotel is outstanding, in a beautiful location with positive vibes. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip to Buenos Aires.

The whole staff were helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived until it was time, unfortunately, to leave. It's in a great location, right across from the famous bar Floreria Atlantico, rated as one of the top 10 bars in the world. Excellent service, and I highly recommend this hotel.
