Cimma Suites Apart-Hotel

The bed was large and really comfortable, and the TV had Netflix. The balcony was fairly spacious too, and I really enjoyed my stay. The apartments are big, with air conditioning that cools very well. There’s a handy kitchen with cutlery, a microwave, fridge, stove, a couple of small pots, a frying pan, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always trying to assist and offering local tips. The location is good, next to Nuevo D'Accordo and close to supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, and kiosks where you can buy snacks or top up a SUBE card for public transport. It took me a while to figure out the shower, which took time to heat up. The bathroom layout is a bit awkward, since the toilet is right behind the door, making it hard for someone else to come in while it's in use. It didn't spoil the stay, though.

The view is lovely, but the courtyard has many private homes where people make noise all night. The pool isn't working and is closed permanently. The photos make everything look nice, but that doesn't match reality. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with children. In winter the rooms are VERY cold. The tiled floors feel icy, the walls are cold because the house is separate from the other buildings, and there is no heater. The air conditioner only heats upstairs. Groups of young people rent rooms and shout loudly through the night. There is mold in the rooms, and black dust appears on the balcony every day, possibly from the road. The curtains are very dirty. There’s no washing machine, and no blankets, pillows, bed linen, or towels, so you have to bring or buy those yourself. The old dishes are in bad shape, and the pots are unusable. You have to buy your own dishes too. The furniture is old and poorly maintained, and the very old refrigerator doesn't work well. They seem to do everything they can to keep your deposit. Not honest at all!

The apartments are spacious and well looked after, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with the outlet mall five blocks away, the subway three blocks away, and lots of places to eat nearby. Cleaning is only done once during the week, which felt insufficient and kept me from giving a higher rating. Those were the things that stood out most and shaped my score.

The pool wasn't available, but it was still nice to have a terrace where you could read and relax. The apartments have what you need, and getting around is convenient by subway, train, or bus. There are shops, a supermarket, and bars close by, and the prices were fair for that time of year. I came back to Cimma Suite after a few years, staying from December 26th to January 7th. The team was attentive and helpful as always, and I feel comfortable returning whenever I'm in Buenos Aires.
