The rooms are modern and great, and the location is magnificent. Breakfast was good, though eggs could be included for free. Seeing football clubs stay here before matches is a sign the hotel is good. Thanks to all the staff, you're doing a great job!

The neighborhood is decent and the location is a plus. Staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were basically clean, but the hallways need cleaning and maintenance. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and breakfast was very basic and the same every day.

The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Magali, who was kind and very helpful. Everyone was attentive to what we needed. The hotel was clean, and this was one of my best experiences in Argentina. I'll stay here next time I come.

Buses and trains are very close, and the area is good. The rooms are big, staff were nice, and room service was exceptional. Breakfast was just cereal and bread each day, but I still had an amazing stay. I've been at a 4-star hotel in Montevideo that's not as good as this one in Buenos Aires. I honestly think this should be upgraded from 3 stars to 4. Definitely recommend it, and I hope it gets that upgrade!

We felt safe in the building and outside, and the security team was excellent, gracious, and helpful. Magali at the front desk was especially professional, friendly, and kind. Our room was tidy, the beds were super comfortable, and the facilities were family-friendly and very clean. The showers had great pressure and warm water right away. Breakfast was delicious, and the clean, inviting lobby had plenty of space and two elevators. It's an easy walk to Casa Rosada, El Obelisco, the main boulevards, and more, with access from both sides of the street. We'll definitely stay here again when we're back in BA.
