It's within walking distance of bus stops and trains that cross the city. But the air conditioning broke on my second day.

8/10
We picked this place because it's near the harbor, and we only needed to stay a few hours before heading back to Montevideo. The room was decent, with a spacious bed and a spotless bathroom, though I wouldn't expect anything remarkable. The staff, reception, and service were all fine. I'd read plenty of bad reviews, but it wasn't that awful. You could give it a try.

The price was good, and the place met my expectations, so I left a positive review.

8/10
It was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the basics and good air conditioning. The price is low, and the Wi-Fi was weak but worked most of the time.

2/10
The location is about the only thing going for this place, and even that is just fairly good. The building and elevators are old, the beds are tiny, and the room was noisy. The staff weren't friendly, breakfast had very little choice, and the Wi-Fi was really bad.
