The breakfast was very basic, and the location was fine, near the Japanese garden, Botanic garden, and other places. Our private room was simple but had what we needed. There was one full bathroom and a separate toilet on the floor, which was enough, and the WiFi worked well. Each floor has its own WiFi network.

The location is good, but the showers were in bad condition, the beds were noisy, and the rooms were hot. They don't make the beds either, just hand you a sheet to do it yourself. It's the first hostel I've seen do that in 10 countries. I couldn't book directly, and after losing my phone, they refused to accept me even though I'd been there two weeks earlier and they had all my information. They also wouldn't let my friend use the bathroom. Cheers.

The receptionist was kind about sorting out an extra day in their system when the website wouldn't let me book it. Another morning I needed to get paperwork done very early, before breakfast would be ready for another three hours. A different receptionist kindly put something together for me.

The Palermo location works well, and the staff are kind. Wi-Fi was pretty good too. But the rooms get really hot and don't ventilate well, and the beds weren't comfortable.

Really friendly staff, and a great spot beside several parks. The place also has a patio and a kitchen that's fairly spacious.
