Everything else was good, and the breakfast included at the place across from the hotel was amazing. The big drawback is the noise from San Martin Ave.

Mosquitoes were everywhere in the hotel lobby, and road traffic kept me awake all night.

The breakfast was the letdown. It’s served at the restaurant across the street, and on our first morning there was a cockroach on the toast my three-year-old son was about to eat. Coffee was the only drink offered to children. When I asked for hot chocolate, they said it would cost extra. We stopped going for breakfast after that, despite having paid for it. They did refund us, but the small amount only covered breakfast at another place once 😂. They should either drop the included breakfast or leave bread and some fruit in baskets or trays for each room, since there’s space to eat there. Everything else was excellent, from the room and cleanliness to the staff. I especially appreciated the daily cleaning and how lovely the room smelled. I’d definitely come back.
