The main elevators are small and stop on every floor. On a busy checkout day, allow plenty of time to get down, since lots of people will want to board. If you're staying on a higher floor, you have the advantage of getting on first, but the elevator still stops at each floor so you can wave to everyone else.

The location is good, but the air conditioner rattled so loudly it seemed broken. We were also charged an extra 4,400 pesos in cash without an explanation. The man at the front desk pointed to a sign, but it only had basic information about check-in /check out times and said nothing about fees.

There’s a nice view and a great location right by the famous cemetery. The staff at the front entrance were very nice and helpful. The two main problems were the TV and the balcony door. The TV isn’t smart, and it was hard to use, especially turning it on or off with the difficult remotes. We ended up leaving the card in the wall and the TV on all day, because turning it off made it hard to get back on. Although icons appeared on screen, there was no way to watch YouTube or anything like that. This room needs a new TV. The door to the smsll balcony also seemed broken at the top hinge and was hard to open and close. It needs attention.

For $125USD a night, this is a solid hotel, but if you want a bit extra, go somewhere else. It falls short of four star quality in a number of ways: there were no facial tissues, only toilet paper, and no office chair or couch. The balcony is a nice touch, though noise comes straight through the windows. The bathroom layout is awkward, with the door opening right into the toilet. I liked the king size bed, which was okay and had just the necessary pillows, without lots of extras. The sink was great, with good water pressure, easy controls, and plenty of space, which really matters if you've had to use super cramped sinks.
